The milk is produced by the farm's own cows. The ladies are milked twice a day and when the weather permits they go outside. After a day in the bottle, a creamy layer forms on the milk. This is because the milk is only pasteurized and not further treated, so the fat globules remain intact. Just shake it and you won't see it anymore.
